Nuri Rivas

4th grade

My name is Nuri Rivas. I was born in Mexico. My parents came to the United States seeking a better life for their family. I was able to go to school and learn a new language. I graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and English as a Second Language Minor on December of 2009. I live in Ogden with my family and my eight-month old son. I have a dog and during my spare time I enjoy the outdoors; I like going fishing and camping, I also enjoy spending time with my family.
